The Wheel House
This thoughtfully converted, spacious one level cottage has views to open farm land from every room. There are three bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 people plus a cot. Two are double en-suite rooms and the other is a twin. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed in its own curtained wing. Off the hallway is the family bathroom.
There are just a few steps into the large lawned/patio area which joins the tennis court. It has its own barbecue and garden furniture. The Cottage has ample parking.
The open plan lounge/diner/kitchen has its original exposed open beams, wood burning log burner, with ample comfortable seating, TV/DVD player, radio/cassette/CD player, a supply of DVD's, books and games are available.
The dining table sits up to 8 people, but, when the two cottages are rented together with family or friends we will change the table for the banqueting table which will sit up to 14 people easily.
The kitchen has a large Range cooker, ample supply of fitted cupboards including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a large fridge/freezer.
In the lounge is where you find ‘the turbine', which is covered with safety glass and was last used 70 years ago to drive milling and other old machinery.
