The Leat House
The Leat House sleeps up to 6 plus a cot and includes one en-suite double bedroom, a double bedroom, bunk bedroom room, and a family bathroom.
The Leat House is on one level except from the Lounge to the hallway where there is four steps.
The Cottages are South facing with panoramic valley views of the unique, unchanging East Devon countryside from every room.
The Cottage has its own patio barbecue area, own garden furniture, a large, shared lawn and tennis court and ample parking.
The Leat House has an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area. The Lounge has a woodburner for cosy nights on Autumn/Winter breaks. There is also a TV/DVD player radio/CD player, DVD's, books and games for your use.
The dining area has seating up to 6 people. The kitchen has an ample supply of fitted cupboards including an electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge with a small freezer department.
