Conditions of Booking
The contract entered is between the owners of Farwood Barton Holiday Cottages and the person who is making the booking.
Prices are in Pounds(£) per cottage per week which include the following:- electricity, heating, one basket of logs, bed-linen and towels. (Please bring your own beach towels).
A deposit will be required when the booking is made and is 1/3 of the cost of the final fee. The remainder of the fee will be payable 6 weeks before the date of arrival.
There will be a refundable deposit required of
£50 per cottage booked individually or £100 per cottage for group bookings, returnable on leaving the cottage in good condition.
Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days until deposit/payment is received
In the event of a cancellation, the owners will endeavour to re-let however if not possible the whole amount of the rental must be paid for. If the owners are successful in re-letting the property, any monies will be refunded apart from £40 administration fee. We strongly recommend you take out the appropriate holiday insurance.
The cottages will be available from 3PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10AM on the morning of departure.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, at £20 per week, providing they are kept on leads whilst outside as there are farm dogs and animals on the farm. There is an outside tap to wash your dog off, please bring your own towel to dry it off. Dogs must not be left unattended. No more than 2 dogs per cottage.
Clients shall take reasonable care of the property and its fixtures and fittings, leaving the property in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages or damages to the property caused by any member of the your party must be paid for.
All Cottages and indoor areas are non smoking. No smoking is allowed near the farm buildings.
The maximum occupancy for the Wheel House is 8 and the Leat House is 6, any extra occupancy must be with prior arrangement with the owners.
On payment of the total balance, any relevant information will be sent to you.
If for any reasons we have to cancel your booking due to any circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) we will refund the full amount but will not be liable for any other expenses and costs.
Farwood Barton is a working farm and you must be clear which areas and grounds may be used, this is entirely at the users risk and no liability can be accepted for any damage or injurers, suffered by any visitor or their belongings.
