The Leat House
The Leat House sleeps up to 6 plus a cot and includes one en-suite bedroom, a double bedroom, a bunk bed room and a family bathroom all accessed from the hallway. The Leat House has a spacious, open-plan, well-equipped Kitchen/Dining/Lounge area. All rooms feature vaulted ceilings with original beams, and brick features giving a glimpse of history along with contemporary styling. All rooms feature Geothermal underfloor heating. The Lounge has a log burner for cosy nights on Autumn/Winter breaks. There is also a 32”TV and separate DVD player, radio/CD player, a selection of DVD’s, books and games for your use.
Setting
Set in a large Victorian Court Yard, The Leat House is a south-facing cottage beautifully converted from an old barn for milking cows. Panoramic valley views of the unique, unchanging East Devon countryside can be seen from every room. It is only a short drive from the impressive Jurassic Coast of East Devon and West Dorset.
